We thought we would show everyone a few of the activities Boo has been doing in preperation for the Everglades Challenge. The cold weather has kept us from getting out on the water. So indoor it is.

The key when working out with kids, is to keep it fun and mix things up. Otherwise they get bored pretty quickly and loose interest. I must say we have had a good time preparing for the challenge.
